

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Aromatica Pasta Seasoning (Meat Sauce & Gravy)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 carrots, trimmed & chopped
2 marrows, trimmed & grated
500gr minced beef
1 tin of tomato paste
50ml of water
pasta of your choice: spaghetti or penne
Preparation:
Step 1
Put a large saucepan on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Add the onions and leave to cook for about 3 minutes until they are golden.
Step 3
Add the mince and leave to cook for about 5 minutes until it is all brown.
Step 4
Add the carrots, the marrows, the tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of Aromatica Pasta Seasoning together and stir well for about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce the heat and add some water and it let it cook and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 6
When the bolognese sauce is nearly ready cook the pasta and drain it.
Step 7
Add the bolognese sauce to the pasta or serve the sauce on top.
Step 8
Garnish with Aromatica Parsley and serve with some grated cheese if desired.
